Processing time:
All orders will begin processing within two business days. In-stock items will ship within two business days. If an item requires sizing, it will ship within 5-7 business days. Made-to-order items can take 4-8 weeks, or longer, and will ship immediately upon completion.
Domestic shipping:
- Items up to $99 ship USPS First Class Mail
- Items $100-499 ship USPS Priority Mail, insured
- Items $500-$1999 Ship UPS 2nd Day, insured, with signature required
- Items $2000+ Ship UPS Overnight, insured, with signature required
If you are unable to sign for your package, you can arrange to have your package held for pickup at a UPS store. If the package is not claimed, and is returned to Daniel Diamonds, you will be responsible for any re-packaging and additional shipping costs.
International shipping:
All international orders are sent UPS International Priority. Rates vary from country to country, so please contact us for a quote prior to ordering. Buyer is responsible for any applicable duty costs. Daniel Diamonds not responsible for any customs related delays.
Local orders:
If you are local to Colorado and wish to arrange for a local pickup of your order, please select the local pickup option at checkout. We will notify you when your item is ready for pickup. Please coordinate with us to schedule a time to pick up your purchase.
