$10,000 Lab Pink Diamond Ring Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the laws of the State of Colorado.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Daniel Diamonds LLC, located at 31955 Castle Ct, Unit 1N, Evergreen, CO 80439, hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor.”
2. Eligibility
The Daniel Diamonds $10,000 Lab Pink Diamond Ring Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the State of Colorado who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void outside of Colorado and where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on April 1, 2025 at 11AM Mountain Time (MT) and ends on April 30, 2025 at 4PM MT (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the entry form available at the store during business hours. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Participants may also enter by mailing a handwritten 3x5-inch card with their full name, address, phone number, Date of Birth, and email address to: 31955 Castle Ct, Unit 1N, Evergreen, CO 80439. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2025 and received by May 2, 2025 to be eligible. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries will be accepted.
5. Prize(s)
The prize(s) for the Giveaway are as follows: A 3.09-carat lab grown pink diamond center stone, surrounded by a halo of 12 lab grown round diamonds totaling 1.84 carats ring set in a Platinum Band with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $10,000. The ARV of the prize(s) is based on available information provided to Sponsor at the time of the Giveaway. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about May 3rd, 2025 by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and a phone call within fifteen (15) days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Specific Terms
Prize must be claimed in person. Winner must have a Colorado address.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and award the prize(s) from among eligible entries received prior to such action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures that may affect entry or participation.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, or publicity purposes in any media worldwide, without further compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective agents from any and all claims related to the Giveaway.
11. Disclosures Required by Colorado Law
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
The estimated odds of winning are approximately 1 in 250, based on expected entries, and is subject to change.

12. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.
13. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 31955 Castle Ct, Unit 1N, Evergreen, CO 80439 by May 30, 2025. Requests must be received within 60 days of the Giveaway’s conclusion.
14. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and notifying winners, unless otherwise consented to by the entrant. Sponsor will not share entrant information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize.
