Exchanges and Returns:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, your item may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. In-store purchases are only eligible for exchange and/or store credit. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Closeouts, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchases only.

All special orders require a 50% deposit and are non-cancellable. Special orders are not refundable or exchangeable. A special order includes any jewelry, gemstone or watch that has to be ordered to accommodate the client’s request for an alternative style, size, metal or color that is not available in stock. Full payment is due before item will be shipped.
Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems and labor furnished for a specific client. Custom jewelry is non-returnable and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before the work begins. Every effort will be made to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) ordered. Full payment is due before item will be shipped.
Layaway payments are required at least every 30 days. Your order will ship after the final payment is made. Articles placed on layaway will be held for a period of 90 days from the date on the initial receipt. If no satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment beyond the end of this period, the item(s) will be returned to stock, and all payments will be forfeited. At our discretion only, layaways may be cancelled in the event of special circumstances. In such a case, a restocking fee of 15% of the original invoice will be charged, with the remaining balance to be issued as store credit only. Layaways can only be processed in person, or over the phone.
Service, Cleaning and Repairs:
We will clean your jewelry and check the settings free of charge – customers are only responsible for shipping charges. We recommend having your jewelry cleaned and checked every 6 months. We are not responsible for the loss of stones due to worn prongs and settings when cleaning. If additional repairs are needed, we can take care of them for a reasonable rate. Estimates will be provided prior to any work being done.
Daniel Diamonds offers a warranty on any and all manufacturing defects. We do not warranty against general wear and tear, abuse, neglect, or misuse. If the damage to the item is not found to be covered under warranty, the item may be repaired at the customer’s expense. Warranty is void if item is found to have been worked on or repaired by parties other than Daniel Diamonds.
Colored Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure:
Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. The majority of gemstones have been subject to stable and possibly undetectable enhancement processes. All relevant information will be provided to the best of our knowledge. Prevailing market values are based on these universally practiced and accepted processes by the gem and jewelry trade.
Shipping and Delivery:
Purchases over $500 will be shipped FedEx expedited with signature required. Purchases $500 and below will be sent via carrier chosen by purchaser at time of checkout. Shipments to PO Boxes over $500 will be sent USPS Registered Insured or USPS Express Mail.
